VINYL WRAPS

Transforming a design onto a three-dimensional object (whether it be for a car, trailer, yeti cooler, or what have you) can be a great way to advertise your company 24/7. While working at The Wrap Agency in Bozeman MT, I had the opportunity to learn this skillsets’ diversity through designing and installing various wraps. Creating a visually, intriguing design that is thoughtfully wrapping the surface of a three dimensional subject can bring a design to whole new level.

Orange Sunshine

Orange Sunshine is the company van that I designed for Beartooth Vanworks (a company based in Belgrade, Montana who specialize in the craft of custom van conversions). The goal was to target an audience who wished to acquire a van in the 70’s and now have gathered the funds to join the trending “van life”. I created a retro, monochromatic zig-zag that stretches along the side of the van to be reminiscent of the 70’s. An illustration of the Beartooth Mountain range is juxtaposed along the top ascending from each shade of the stripes. The back of the van references a sunset/sunrise composition that relates to the 70’s and 80’s psychedelic counter culture.

Single Barrel

Single Barrel is the place to go if you are looking for your next bottle. They have rum, whiskey, vodka, gin, wine, and I mean just all your favorites, the list goes on. The atmosphere is great and the people top that, if that was even possible to beat! I had the lovely opportunity to design the van wrap on their 2010 Ford Econoline company van. They were looking for something to stand out more than just a logo slapped on the side so I created a half wrap design that incorporated their logo with a mountain scene and trees in the background. Using inspiration from western style paintings, I added some vibrant, pillowy clouds.

Man of the Woods

Man of the Woods is a barbershop primarily located in Big Sky, Montana however… they are now mobile. The client was looking for a vintage vibe with: a barbershop pole, an old school barber chair, grizzly bears, and I thought to myself “let’s add a hare getting a haircut while we’re at it”. After a moose, fox, and beaver joined in, this was the final new wrap that Man of the Woods can be spotted ripping around town in!

Yeti Cooler Wraps

Yeti coolers are like Chaco’s… if you live in Bozeman, you need to have em. This series of three different fish patterns that I illustrated will have the fish jumpin’!
